His Pension Card states that he formerly resided at 4 Thomas Street, Radford, Nottinghamshire. Married Maud Noble during the June quarter 1915 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/433. Their daughter - Audrey Mary Cook, was born on the 29th May 1918. Died of Bronchial Pneumonia His widow was granted a weekly pension of 20/5d on the 2nd June 1919. | |||
