Born on the 18th March 1895 Married Florence Edwards during the September quarter 1931 in the Barton on Irwell R.D. - ref: 8c/1502. 1939 National Registration - 50 Thornbury Road, Stretford. Arthur Jackson - Married - Born: 18th March 1895 - occ: Local Government Officer Collect Tr?????? & A.R.P. Stretford Controller. Florence Jackson - Married - Born: 5th August 1894 - occ: Unpaid Domestic Duties. There were two redacted records at this address. A Clerk by day and an Air Raid Precautions Controller by night, he was killed at the Town Hall, Stretford. Cem records state that he died in the ambulance on the way to the First Aid Post.
