Born during the December quarter 1900 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref: 8a/162,
the son of James & Alice Maud Jackson (nee Parry).

1901 Census - 16 Broad Road, Sale.   Son - aged: 7 months.    Head of
household - James Jackson - Married - aged: 31 - occ: Carrier - born: Sale.
  Also Alice M. Jackson - Wife - aged: 33 - born: Sale.    Plus 2 elder
brothers.

His mother died in 1904, aged: 36.   His father then married - Emma
Reynolds during the December quarter 1907 in the Bucklow R.D. - ref:
8a/345.  In 1901, Emma was in service residing at 1 Alice Street, Sale.

1911 Census - "North View, 16 Broad Road, Sale.   Son - aged: 11 - Scholar
- born: Sale.   Head of household - James Jackson - Married - aged: 39 -
occ: Carrier General Goods - born: Sale.   Also Emma Jackson - Wife - aged:
28 - born: Kent.    Plus 3 brothers and 1 half-sister.

WO363 - Enlisted at Warrington on the 20th September 1918.   Aged: 18
years, 1 month and employed as a Carter.  He was 5 feet 4 inches in height
and weighed 118 lb.  Hair: Brown - Eyes: Blue - Complexion: Fresh - Chest 
measurements 31 to 34 inches.  His teeth were defective.

Medical Report - Admitted to the Military Hospital at Kinmel Park on the
10th October 1918 suffering from Broncho-Pneumonia.  Respirations: 32 -
Pulse: 120 - Temperature: 102   Had a sharp attack of Epistaxis shortly
ater admission.   Digitalis and Brandy prescribed.   Symptoms fluctuating
and becoming more pronounced.   He died of Heart Failure at 23.00  hrs on
the 20th October 1918.  Cause of death was Broncho-Pneumonia, attributable
to exposure to infection whilst on Military Training.

Buried 25/10/1918 - Burial No. 15,736.

His mother is listed in the local 1899 Directory as living at 4 North View,
Broad Rd, which is listed as Nursery.
