Employed for 11 years as a Cashier in the showrooms of the Stretford & District Gas Board. A Sunday School Teacher at St. Anne's Church, Sale. Joined the RAF just before the outbreak of war. Knocked down by a car whilst walking with a friend near his Station in Gloucestershire. Buried the same day as his death. | |||
